I wanted to thank you all for planning and executing such a difficult trip for my mom, and myself with great finesse! The medical staff did an amazing job with Mom, who is never a good patient much less on a small plane 35,000 feet up! The pilots did a great job navigating us through some pretty nasty weather with barely a hiccup.

I am in a people business. Wonderful is an understatement! Amazing may not even say enough! Really great job all around!

Last week Global flew my husband and myself from San Antonio, Texas back home to Canberra, Australia. It was a very long flight (Texas to Oregon, Alaska, Honolulu, Marshall Islands, Fiji, Canberra) and I cannot speak too highly of the care and attention that was given by, the medical staff and also all the pilots involved in the flight. As well as looking after Eric they made sure that I was comfortable during the trip and that I kept well hydrated (something I had not thought about). From the pick from the hospital in San Antonio to admission to Canberra hospital the professionalism and care was excellent and I thank you and your staff for everything that was done.

Once again thank you so very much for everything that you and everyone involved have done in returning us home. It will always
be appreciated.

I want to express my thanks for the highly professional manner in which Global Jet Care handled my emergency on May 22nd of this year, in particular the levels of communication with my son in Dallas and directly with me in the Dominican Republic. I just completed my 10th surgical procedure post trauma and am on the mend in the USA, thanks to Global Jet Care and in particular being in the capable hands of George the medic, Tara the RN and Kirby and Mark the pilots, who flew from Connecticut to Punta Cana and delivered me to the trauma unit at Baylor Scott & White in Dallas. They were my saviors, after I suffered significant trauma and extensive sepsis. My hats off to all of them and their exceptional and expeditious management of my crisis situation.

Global Jetcare flew my Mother, her Beagle, and me from Stewart / Newburgh airport to Lawton, OK.  Mother's blood pressure hit 195 / 135 at one point.  She had just had a heart attack in NY.  You asked me to let you know how things went from having landed safely in Lawton, OK.  Well, Mom is fabulous. Heart is OK. Blood pressure stays at around 140 / 60 - 80, she has gone from 225 lbs to 168 from eating correctly and getting exercise. Even the Beagle has lost 20 lbs, and runs across the yard like a puppy (and she is 16 yrs. old).  Mom is in assisted living and has friends her own age. She is happy.  She was truly going downhill in NY before you flew us my home in Oklahoma. So, the decision to hire you to bring us safely to Lawton was the exact right thing to do!  Thank you for a safe flight. Thank you for being there when I needed you!  I wish you safe flying. And want you to know you are very important to MANY!
